Just tried calling them to get a town car and even though they advertised being 24 hours, THEY ARE NOT. The only reason I called was because of it being “24 hours” and I needed a car unexpectedly in the early morning hours. They told me they weren’t going to call anyone at 3 am and I would not get a ride till 8 am. I was ok with that and willing to wait at the local store until they could get a car but the tone of this lady’s voice was like I was inconveniencing her for calling so early so I no longer want this company to as... read more

I was referred this vendor and was alarmed to experience such poor service. I primarily worked with Kathi, who made my job very difficult when it came to sharing updates on our airport transfers. I did double the work to verify her work and found her unreliable with comments she made like “I mixed you up with a different group”.
