We used White Tie for my daughter’s wedding. Bill(William) was our driver. We rented the 32 passenger Coach. It was awesome! Comfy leather seats and very clean. Bill was on time to get us. He was such a gentleman assisting the ladies down the steps. He definitely got us to the church on time! Then after he drove us to take photos. He was again so accommodating. Just tried calling them to get a town car and even though they advertised being 24 hours, THEY ARE NOT. The only reason I called was because of it being “24 hours” and I needed a car unexpectedly in the early morning hours. They told me they weren’t going to call anyone at 3 am and I would not get a ride till 8 am. I was ok with that and willing to wait at the local store until they could get a car but the tone of this lady’s voice was like I was inconveniencing her for calling so early so I no longer want this company to as... read more

I was referred this vendor and was alarmed to experience such poor service. I primarily worked with Kathi, who made my job very difficult when it came to sharing updates on our airport transfers. I did double the work to verify her work and found her unreliable with comments she made like “I mixed you up with a different group”.
