Went out of his way to help me out with some things even though I was just browsing. Great place!
Very poor customer service ...made me feel like an inconvenience to ask for info about parts for my e bike ....and pretty much had his hands in his pockets the whole time .

Needed a simple part for battery connection and the guy was very helpful and ontop was able to supply the part to me right away. Great customer service
