If I could give them zero stars, I would. My 5.5 year old cat was perfectly healthy. He had a small limp but was not in any pain at all. I simply wanted to rule out valley fever. They did x-rays which came back normal and all of his labs came back normal, they insisted on giving him pain meds. They administered onsior in the clinic on Monday 6/30/25, i took him home and he wouldnt eat or drink. I called them to let them know he wasnt eating or drinking. The staff was so helpful and kind I had a emergency with a kitten tried all weekend to get him seen and no one was able to help until I called at my wits end they got me in the same day. The out come wasn't pleasant but not their fault its just nature !!! I highly recommend White Tanks for all animal care they are AWESOME.
I would give less than 1 if it was possible. Do not take your pets here. They over sedated my dog to trim his nails after I warned them of the IW breed and my dogs susceptibility to anesthesia. I told them when I made the appt. I told them again before they sedated him They had his records and chose to use the same dose used on him previously for xrays.
