The owner, Kevin, towed my vehicle; exceedingly proficient tow operator. He was very professional, affable, and overall pleasure to do business with.
White Sulphur definitely came through with flying colors today. I broke down 45 miles away. They came and got me and my vehicle, got it back to shop, and started finding the necessary parts for it. Everyone I dealt with from there was amazing. I will definitely continue to use them for everything from simple oil change to a major repair.
My car Freeda yes I name her was squeaking once or twice when I turned the wheel. I went to White Sulphur Garage and Roy the mechanic was so helpful. He schooled me on the power steering system of my 2012 Subaru had me do a few turns of the wheel in less than 10 minutes and shared his thoughts on what the issue is. I was so grateful! Melissa at the front desk was very kind and helpful as well. Definitely a solid honest establishment.
These guys did me a solid favor one day a few yrs ago. I had to take a day off work to take my cat to a nearby Veterinarian for dental surgery. There was a garage next door to the vet. I walked in. They weren't busy at all. I asked the guy there if they could do an oil change on my VW. He said no, they don't have the "special tools" needed to do it. I've changed the oil on this car myself. All you need to change the oil, is a 17mm socket for the oil plug and a standard oil filter wrench because it has a spin on filter. I had... read more
I was stuck with my two kids, alone at a remote solo campsite and a dead battery. My car insurance sent Bill and he was so kind. He chatted with my kids and I, made me feel very comfortable and got us going in just a few minutes.
