My lashes all fell off within a week. The lash tech was rude and assumed I didn’t speak Chinese and made comments about me behind my back. Overall, not a good experience.
I’ve been coming to Whitestone lash for 4+ years but I’ve noticed over the last 6 to 8 months. The workers are really starting to not care about making it over relaxing, peaceful environment. I can’t just lay down and close my eyes and let the technician do my lashes without laughing and talking of all the employees very loudly.
