We do not appreciate the lack of honesty. First they said it would be ready on Wednesday. Then they said Thursday and then they said Friday and then they said Monday. And then they said Tuesday. Please just tell the truth. This whole situation makes me wonder what else they were misleading about. Update, when I called to ask for clarity and expressed my concerns, the woman I spoke with was not kind.

I chose this place because they were conveniently across the street from my neighborhood. It was quick and easy to get a quote for the insurance company (I got rear ended). Stacey immediately came out and took a look and wrote everything up. Progressive was quick to respond and I took it to get it serviced within the same week. After they opened back up for the holidays it took them about 2-3 weeks to get everything repaired and everything looks so good!
