Had a great experience using White Star Limousine. Rented a 14 passenger Limo for my daughter's prom. It was the hottest day of the year and Maritza in the office told me they upgraded us to a newer, bigger escalade for more room and comfort. Haluk our driver was excellent, on time and point. On return home Haluk made a few extra stops to drop off passengers. I will definitely use again in the future!

Had a great experience. Rented a Mercedes 14 passenger. They called to say it had mechanical issues that morning. They upgraded us to this beast, a Hummer that sat like 24 people. Absolutely bonkers. Maritza in the office was great. Marina, our driver, was superb as well. Will use again for sure!

We booked a party bus to hold 30 people and to arrive with champagne. They sent us a bus that only held about 20. Guests were forced to stand or sit on laps. There was also no champagne. Owner refuses to reconcile over a month later.

I’m very disappointed with the experience I had with White Star Limo. I initially reached out on 10/13 to make a reservation for 10/26 and spoke with Maritza. She asked me to email her for details, which I did, but after a few days and follow-up calls, I received a response for the wrong vehicle. Maritza assured me she was working on it and that my reservation was secured. I understand they were short-staffed, but after giving it some time and following up again a week later, I was told the vehicle was unavailable. She menti... read more
