Absolute scam, we made two deposits one for the day of our wedding for a “Rolls Royce” and one for a Limo for a engagement party 2 weeks before “ day of the event, guy ghosted us completely after we zelled him around 500$. This company is a scam and I highly recommend not using their service. My dad made a deposit and paid for a limo to arrive on my wedding day way in advance and we were promised that everything would go according to plan. Needless to say the limo never showed up. We requested 2:30pm arrival after our temple ceremony and waited over an hour. The limo never came. No one picked up our calls. Absolutely disgraceful. This so-called limo company is a total scam. We booked and paid for a limo for our wedding and they NEVER SHOWED UP. No call, no text, no warning, nothing. We were literally standing there in our wedding attire waiting for transportation that never came. This company ruined our schedule, created unnecessary panic and stress, and left us scrambling for last-minute rides on a day that should have been joyful. Had a great experience using White Star Limousine. Rented a 14 passenger Limo for my daughter's prom. It was the hottest day of the year and Maritza in the office told me they upgraded us to a newer, bigger escalade for more room and comfort. Haluk our driver was excellent, on time and point. On return home Haluk made a few extra stops to drop off passengers. I will definitely use again in the future!
