Literally criminal failures in service. Kayren appeared off her meds.
I love this pharmacy. They are a great hometown pharmacy.
This pharmacy is very community minded. They support our schools, after school sports, and churches. They are available anytime. Kayren is fantastic. The only thing she doesn't tolerate is people abusing drugs.
After having placed a refill on my medication two days prior to waiting in line for fifteen minutes I was outraged. I could not believe the unreliability of this pharmacy. I had heard some decent things about the owner but boy, was I wrong. Kayren was rude and insensitive to my ignorance towards some of my new medication. Neeless to say, I transferred my medication over to another pharmacy.
The female pharmacist lacks a degree of respect and dignity of her customers. One would think a store owner would be courteous to her customers but this is not the case at White Star Pharmacy. The scrubs available are of the cheapest material and are not of any attractive quality. I purchased nail polish remover and nasea relieving suckers from the store section of the establishment and was not impressed.
