The entire process, from quotation through scheduling and installation, clean up and follow up, was outstanding. John personally discussed each aspect and provided detailed feedback on the ongoing project, explaining any observed defects or degradation typical of a nearly 60 year old property, and how these were being addressed. I could not be happier with the work and the results.
