Very professional, very timely with the appointments, plenty of parking near the office, very friendly staff.
I would give zero stars if I could. They did not listen to me and could have cared less about what my wishes were with respect to treatment. It's all about milking the insurance companies for all they can. It's hard to find dental care in Aroostook County and they are very much aware of this. Save yourself a ton of aggravation and go downstate.
They made a same day appt for my emergency even though I wasn't a regular patient. The offices are immaculate modern and equipped with some much modern tech I was amazed. The front office staff were polite and helpful. The dental practitioners were top notch in my experience. Dr's. White and Crokett were both nothing less than THE BEST!
Been a client since 2017 and have gotten a LOT of work done but because I haven’t been in a while, they stated that I am considered a new patient and they don’t take new patients since 2019...make it make sense..not the best customer service..
