I should've wrote this sooner! I want to say... These people here are so wonderful, talented, compassionate and much more! I am a nervous Nelly when it comes to going to the dentist. Not anymore though! I felt so safe and understood! They took the time to listen to my needs, never shamed me for my fears. It was like we were on the same team! They were nice to me and my daughter.the nurse was soo patient with my daughter.
This was my first visit. All of the staff members were extremely nice. Dentist was also very nice and explained everything to me so in would understand. Gave me a few options for some additional dental work I need to get done, no pressure . I would recommend this dental office to everyone. They are outstanding. Went above and beyond my expectation.
The staff could not have been kinder, nor more helpful. Due to an insurance change, I had to switch clinics after years of being with the same dentist. Every single staff member, including the Dr., was a pleasure to work with. I would absolutely recommend White Smiles to anyone in need. In a time when it's infrequent for businesses to operate out of helpfulness and understanding, this visit was an absolute breath of fresh air.
