The work we've had done has been fine. Billing system is very poor. They were paid by insurance for something and didn't credit my account until I got a bill 5 months later and showed them it had been paid. There were other billing issues in the past... such as getting a bill with a balance forward with no explanation and the last bill was paid in full. Every time I go for an appointment for my cleanings, for crowns, tooth extractions and finally my implants, I have been treated with respect and kindness. They take the time to explain what they are going to do before they do it. They always check on me during the procedures to make sure I am doing well. I am so happy to finally have found a great team of dentists, hygienist, and great office team!
Everyone was friendly and professional.
Maria is a fantastic combination of competent, professional and personable. She made my teeth cleaning very tolerable and also worked hard to cover all potential oral issues. Kudos to her! I drive 70 miles to get here and it is so worth it.
