I had the most incredible experience with the entire team at White Satin. From Shannan and Dominique, who patiently showed me option after option from their collection until we found The One! We had a very disappointing experience at this bridal boutique. From the moment we arrived, the associate made us feel like we were bothering her. The overall attitude was quite snobby and not at all the warm, welcoming environment you hope for when shopping for such an important dress. Many of the dresses she pulled did not align with the criteria we had shared, either in style or budget — several were far above the price range provided. I had such a GREAT experience at White Satin! I was originally looking for a specific Jenny Bird dress but ended up with something completely different from the line and I couldn’t be happier. Dominique was amazing, offering such thoughtful feedback and incredible attention to detail to help me find the one! They also made sure all my alterations were done perfectly, even with a tight timeframe. I got married almost a year ago and I’m still so obsessed with my dress! Truly grateful for the whole team 💛
An incredible experience from start to end. Dominique and Shannan were both incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and supportive through the entire wedding dress buying and tailoring process. Absolute greatest experience. Dom and Shannon were wonderful to work with and super amazing energy. Very experienced and helped me every step of the way.
