Do not trust this woman. She removed 14 teeth, exceeding consent, from 14yo dog. Paperwork signed for a teeth cleaning predicted 3 (up to max of 6) teeth be removed. Paperwork indicated Doc was to discuss with us any complications that occurred during procedure. She did not contact us, but proceeded to remove more than 1/3 of my dog’s teeth, without consent. Note- Dr Willis, co-owner of practice, has been great in followup to try to make this right.
