White Sands Transportation is extremely reliable, courteous, and professional drivers. They are the best in the Savannah area and Low Country. They have also assisted me with, out of country transportation as well.
Absolutely terrible experience. I booked a luxury sedan for an airport transfer, but the driver seemed completely inexperienced with the route and got lost twice. Communication was poor, and the customer service team was unhelpful when I called to complain. The vehicle looked nothing like the pictures on their website—it was outdated and poorly maintained. I expected comfort and reliability, but got stress and frustration instead.
I do not recommend this chauffeur service at all. My driver showed up late, with no explanation or apology. During the ride, he was on his phone multiple times, ignoring the road and making me extremely uncomfortable. The booking process was also confusing; I had to call multiple times just to confirm my reservation. For the price they charge, I expected a professional and safe experience, but it was far from it.
Worst chauffeur service I have ever used. The car was not only dirty but also smelled strongly of smoke, despite requesting a non-smoking vehicle. The driver seemed rushed and impatient, making the trip stressful rather than relaxing. Additionally, the payment process was misleading—they tried to charge extra fees that were never mentioned during booking. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
