Chris was great, five stars all the way. He showed up on time and had the problem diagnosed in just a few minutes (dead pump). He had the part in his truck, and within an hour our spa was up and running again. Chris was easy to talk to and communicated well. I would have no hesitation using White Sands again.
I had a poor experience with this company. They recently charged me $190 to pour a $16 "fix a leak" product in my spa. That didn't do much. They told me the leaks were likely due to it being left empty for some time. My issue is I had this company come look at the spa and check it out when I bought the house. I explained I didn't move in yet and wouldn't until a remodel was complete, just gave them the gate code to swing by. Called and scheduled a repair for an above ground spa a week ago...technician skipped his scheduled appointment, claiming that well he text and tried to move the appt and since no one responded he just no showed. I get it, things can happen...but tried to schedule another appt with specific date and time, and again he was a no show. No call, no text, no nothing. Lots of excuses and zero communication. Maybe he shows up to other appointments, maybe he is good at fixing spas, but his business acumen is terrible.
I highly recommend this guy, he’s very reliable and experienced and such a good person. You will have quality job and great customer service at a very good price.
