I had a poor experience with this company. They recently charged me $190 to pour a $16 "fix a leak" product in my spa. That didn't do much. They told me the leaks were likely due to it being left empty for some time. My issue is I had this company come look at the spa and check it out when I bought the house. I explained I didn't move in yet and wouldn't until a remodel was complete, just gave them the gate code to swing by. Terrible service and communication. Tech came out to check my spa. He said it could be fixed and he would order the part. Weeks later he came back and said it was the wrong part. He said he would order the right part. It's been at least 4 months and we've never heard back. He also broke the cover to my electrical socket and didn't say anything.

Showed up on time after squeezing me in the schedule. Fixed the problem quick and was honest. I didn’t get ripped off. Great experience and would recommend. Have his number locked in my phone. No need to call any other company...

Chris did an excellent job at repairing my juccuzi bath tub. Thought motor might be shot but instead of just having us buy a new one he used his knowledge and a few parts he had on his truck already and less than 2 hours later my tub is running better than before. Great work. Would definitely recommend to others.
