Casey and his wife were so honest, helpful and communicative. I reached out with a hot tub leak and not only did they try to fit me in before their vacation, but they ended up helping me fix the issue for free by taking a look at the videos I sent to them. It ended up being a simple fix I could do on my own (I.e., a loose pipe that just needed to be tightened.)
