Horrible. Just horrible. Worst post housing we have ever seen at any post we've ever been sent to. The ladies in the office don't answer their phones. They don't respond to e-mails. They disappear during the daytime and don't tell anyone - they throw up a closed sign and will be gone during lunch hour which is the only time us military have to go to their office... but you won't find them there. Absolutely terrible experience with White Sands Homes. I would give zero stars if possible. While stationed overseas, I mailed an application check with no application in preparation for my PCS. While the check was in transit, my travel orders changed. I kindly asked WSH to shred my check, as I would no longer be able to reside there. WSH went ahead and cashed my check (with no application) claiming it was a non-refundable application fee. How can you claim an application fee with NO application??? Terribly disappointed in m... read more
