I received an appointment almost instantly and the service was exceptional. I would highly recommend this Dentistry.
They left me in an ill-fitting temporary crown for 5 weeks with no communication. They lost my imprints for my crown. Blamed the lab for losing them, which may have happened, but White Sands Dental did not call me once to give an update. I called multiple times. On the 5th week, I had to go get everything done again. Also, when I told Dr. Strong I was having sharp pain, she said additional numbing wouldn't help and blamed my anxiety. Been with White Sands Dental from day one. Started with Dr Logan who sadly left then saw Dr Ellies who is very nice as well. Now I'm with Dr Strong who is just awsome I am so happy she is my dentist now. Currently in treatment for an dental implant which is done by Dr Strongs husband who is also very nice those two are a great team and totally put me at ease.
