My family just bought a new house and didn’t know how to use the thermostat, we ended up with our house being stuck on heat. We called Scot and he said he couldn’t get to us until next week but walked my husband thru steps to correct the thermostat and get our house AC back on…. ALL OVER THE PHONE! I have never had such a great experience with technicians like the ones with White Sands cooling and heating they were absolutely fantastic! They came within the time that they said that they would and they got straight to business and they took care of my needs without question they were fabulous! Could not ask for anybody better to work on your air conditioning system!
Repairman came prepared and fixed the unit right away. No two week waiting period for a part!!
