We recently had White Sands Heating and Air come out to fix the mini-split system at our Airbnb, where we were hosting Hurricane Milton evacuees. They were quick, efficient, and got everything working again in no time! The team went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. 1 month since A/C broke. Not repaired. Told for last 2 weeks "part is on order," that is not true. Changed from 1 to a 3. Issue admitted to be an American Home Shield error, but still no A/C (~40 days). Recommend contractor re-visit agreement with AHS or drop them as a source.
Great customer service and honest work! Very fairly priced and they won’t try to charge extra for things you don’t need.

This company is amazing. They pointed me to a program that would help cut my costs on a new system, then they showed up on time when they said they would to install it. They were so professional all the way through the process. Then when I went to look at the work after they left, they had completely cleaned up the work site. I went with a vacuum and mop but there was no need, they had already done it. I will never use anyone else.
