We stayed at emerald towers, and the prices are absolutely ridiculous to rent chairs and an umbrella, you are not allowed to choose where you’re seated, and you are not allowed to tilt or adjust the umbrella you paid for in any way to stay out of the sun at all. You are not permitted to bring your own tents, coverings, or umbrellas, and if you don’t choose to pay the ridiculous price to reserve chairs, you must stay behind the row of reserved seats. Absolutely horrible, go somewhere else!
Ryder is the best! He helped our whole family with the chairs, makes amazing snowcones, and let me hangout longer one evening. We asked about getting a closer spot to the water but were unable to and on our last day they gave us a front row spot by the water. Extremely helpful and kind. Highly recommend!
Owen is fantastic! He helped set up our 2 personal umbrellas with chairs and tables that we rented to maximize the shade and space for our family. He is polite, hard working, and so attentive. Wind picked up and he adjusted every umbrella. These guys work hard and they are kind to take care of so many families on the beach. Thank you Owen
The beach service was excellent. Augie and Kavika were exceptional! They go above and beyond for their customers!!!! Thank you for always making it a wonderful experience and beach trip!
I have been coming to Sterling Sands with my wife and daughters for the last 12 years. Apart from the location and views my main reason for returning every year is because of Augie and his crew. Honestly, I don't understand the negative reviews. Yes, these guys provide a service and deserve a tip. The chairs are setup by 7:30am at the latest every morning.
