I have nothing but wonderful things to say about our time at ‘Seas the fun’ in Balboa! Best part about our stay, the location. Located right next to the fun zone, ferry and the pier, you are right in the action of everything. You don’t have to fight for parking, you can just explore and have fun. As a mama to 5, this was such a perk as we could literally walk everywhere! The house was clean and as my teen daughter said ‘has the most comfiest beds she’s ever slept in’. My family and I had a wonderful stay with White Sail Realty at their Costa Mesa property. The team was kind, hospitable, and made the entire experience smooth and welcoming. The property itself was clean, well-maintained, and in a quiet neighborhood—perfect for relaxing and getting away from the crowds. Worth every penny! Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay. Each bedroom has an attached full bath and the master suite is to die for. Ofcourse the entire house is bright and welcoming and with The floor to ceiling windows facing the beach the view is incredible! Every evening we sat outside, lit up the fire-pit and enjoyed people watching. One family said as they walked by that it’s the best house on the beach! We agree! PS We even witnessed a marriage proposal one night ( she said YES)
We had an amazing stay at this front beach house in Newport Beach, Balboa! The location is unbeatable—you step right out onto the sand with beautiful ocean views from nearly every room. The house was spacious, well-maintained, and stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to beach gear. Mornings on the patio with coffee, were absolutely priceless.
