I cannot say enough good things about this place & the amazing staff! A family member went here to detox & it was a fantastic experience for both the patient & our family. The communication we had with staff & our family member made the whole process so much easier. I especially want to give a huge shout out to Shannon, Kemna, & Alyssa. Thank you all for being so compassionate & caring & taking the time to get to know your patient. We will forever be thankful.
This place was really great at first and loved everyone there except one of the nurses completely ruined it for me. I was struggling with things(as addicts normally do) and the nurse repeatedly insisted that i dont even want to be there and that i didnt take my recovery seriously, just because i asked questions and was having a hard time in opiate withdrawal. This facility and staff here are incredible. The whole experience has been amazing between the staff and the medical team they make the process very comfortable. I highly recommend those seeking help to go with their facility. Nothing but good things to say about my stay there.
Shannon and Bill have an amazing team and I am so grateful for them for helping me thru one of the worst experiences of my life ❤️
What a bunch of great people. All of them. And Shannon Duncan is a true rockstar angel. What a wonderful human being... I can't say enough about how amazingly well this place is managed and how all patients are treated with deep respect and love, no matter their circumstance.
