I've been there so far 2 times now and will soon have my third appointment with Dina. I have horrible nots from head to toe especially in my back and my hip as well as my legs. They're very painful and sometimes make it hard to breathe. However each time I've went to Dina to get massage therapy I have left feeling very refreshed and much lighter than usual. I found White Sage on a whim when trying to get a same day massage. Dina is wonderful. I’ve had a few massages from her and they’ve all been great. I plan on going scheduling again, probably sooner than later.
I've been to many doctors, massage therapists, physical therapists over the years and she is the first one to offer substantial relief. I have scoliosis and stenosis as well as arthritis and at times my back can get very sore. She really worked my glutes and got them loose. Thank you, Nadina. I will be back when I have the money.....hopefully in a few weeks. Need one more before our camping trip at the end of next month.
I highly recommend Dina at White Sage LLC. She takes the time to notice the spots where you are hurting the most and helps to relax and relieve some tension! Her office is so relaxing and charming. By far my favorite place to get a massage 👍
I have been going to White Sage for a while now. Every massage has been good. I always feel better. It is nice to go to a place to does not upcharge for every tiny extra you add to your massage.
