Great service
Incredibly rude staff who are condescending. As a casual observer who had to witness my partner be berated by the staff member on duty I'm incredibly disappointed. There is a nice way to talk to someone regarding appointment cancellations and this was not it.
Whilst the staff are accommodating and there’s a variety of dresses to choose from, our bridesmaids did find their dress here. The space itself is much smaller than their previous location and parking is very difficult.
I showed up to my appointment on the wrong day, stupid mistake on my behalf. Frieda however said we could have a Quick Look around as she had a client coming in. Frieda ended up suggesting a few dresses for me to try on. I fell in love with one of them for my daughter’s wedding. I purchased it and will be forever grateful for her for letting me try on even though I didn’t have a booking…. 🥰
