I must admit the sale staff are lovely , however. I have been burnt twice when ordering dresses to be custom order . I honestly relied on the sale staff experience to order the right size, the sales staff recommended I do with the size 10 as the 12 was big on me, the dress was over $500 (including custom material and express delivery) . I had the best experience with Olivia at White Runway Bridal in Sydney. I’m based in Melbourne, so communicating from interstate can sometimes be really difficult but Olivia made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free. She went above and beyond to communicate between me and the designer to make sure my dream bridesmaid dresses were created exactly how I envisioned them. Went into White Runway to try formal dresses for my daughter in year 12. After lots of searching we returned and ordered a dress she loved to only be told weeks later that the fabric was damaged and the manufacturer could not get any more in the same colour. When ordering I stressed to the assistant that it had to be this particular colour that we had searched for.
