Beautiful shop with gorgeous dresses. Bought my bridesmaids dresses a while ago from them. Walked in today to buy a dress for a wedding and was treated HORRIBLY by the staff member. She opened the door saying she was having lunch. Told me I wasn’t welcome because I didn’t have an appointment and kicked me out of the shop after a few minutes. Really walked out upset after being kicked out. Beautiful shop but terrible service. Need to invest in their staff
My sisters and I had such a great experience today finding bridesmaids dresses. A massive thank you to Olivia for being so helpful, patient and accommodating to all of our needs and preferences. She is a gem and made the experience that much easier. Would definitely recommend to all my friends for any event. Thank you again ☺️
