We have always used big name, brand vets for our animals. When we needed a convenient nearby option that could see us quickly, White Rose was able to fit us in on the same day on a Friday morning to see our dog, who was struggling with an ear infection after surgery performed by another specialist. We had a really frustrating experience at this clinic. They ran tests and gave IV fluids without asking us first, even though we clearly said we wanted to talk through anything before extra charges were added. That caused our bill to go up a lot and left us feeling blindsided. When we tried to explain that we make our own dog food and use the Balance IT website (which now offers supplements), the vet argued with us and wouldn’t listen—even after we showed her the site. These people seriously need to do something about their phone reception. Everytime you call, they put you on hold and sometimes they hang up on you.
