Worst bank ever. I opened an account and had no access to it Unless i physically went there. Absolutely pathetic.
I have been with the WRCU since 1981. I have used them for car loans, home improvement loans, loans to pay off unexpected debt as well as for checking account, savings account and Christmas club account. They have always been helpful and kind in all these years.
Card constantly being hit with fraud charges and not being caught. I used protection like PayPal or other things to protect my card and I'm always out of a card or unable to pay my bills on time because there is always fraud charges. Since Dec 24th I've been out of a card 3 times. There's plenty more to say but it pretty much sums up the issue
I am very thankful for this credit union, I've been with them ever since I was 18 and as someone with very bad anxiety they always walk me through everything and are very patient. Just recently my debit card was about to expire but they made sure one was sent to me a month before it expired. Even though they get busy they'll still make time for those who need it, the atmosphere is very welcoming. I'm honestly glad I'm with this credit union.
