Who is White Rose Credit Union? On February 13, 1950, the Charter was signed and approved for the organization of White Rose Postal Employees Federal Credit Union. We started out in a garage and by 1994, we occupied 4 offices on the 2nd floor of the downtown Post Office. In 1997, the East York office was built and we completed a merger with Greater York Municipal Employees Federal Credit Union.
