Really good test drive experience, I was planning on leasing a golf r from here if I picked up a sales position. I was initially satisfied with the purchasing experience; however, after bringing the 2022 GTI to another dealership for a warranty claim, I was informed that the car has a tuning history, which means the powertrain warranty is lost. When I bought the vehicle, they told me it was under full warranty. They even sold me an extended warranty. I brought my 2014 Tiguan to White Rock Volkswagen for a warranty-covered clock-spring repair. They confirmed it was covered, completed the repair, and casually mentioned repairing a glitch in the windshield wiper system—since the wipers turned on automatically when the car started. This didn’t affect drivability and could easily be turned off, so I declined the repair. A few weeks later, some steering wheel buttons stopped working.
