Very disappointed in this company. Purchased two heat pumps - one for upstairs, one for the basement, with two outside units. During installation, the second pump installed in the basement was incorrectly installed (according to their inspector) and had to be moved to work properly. At the time, the corresponding outside unit also had to moved slightly. I’m very happy with the service they provided for a frozen pipe issue in my house. Their technician, Emilio, arrived very quickly, identified the root cause right away, and fixed the problem efficiently. Very professional, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

Great customer service. Professional, kind, and speedy. Replaced our hot water tank and took away the old one without a mess and less than 24 hours from when we called. Would recommend !!!
