The white rock crew were able to diagnose the issue with my heat pump and complete a temporary fix to give me AC in the middle of a heat wave before returning the following week to fully remedy the issue. They were all timely with their work and did an excellent job.
The 2 employees did a great job. Highly recommend this Company. We have used them before and the service is always great.
After several quotes back in 2022 we decided to go with White Rock Mechanical for a big ducted heat pump job! We are so glad they did. They used a top of the line unit and the issues we had previously are all gone. They are very quick to respond, excellent customer service and the HVAC people that have come to work here have been so pleasant and knowledgeable. Top notch company and highly recommend!
I've never had a problem with these guys, always ready to go to work and fast appointments. ;-)
