To begin, White Rock was recommended by a friend who had three pumps installed. I requested a quote for heat pump options for both levels of our home. We received our quote in a very timely manner, which was well explained with the two options available to us. Once we made a decision, we placed our down payment. The white rock crew were able to diagnose the issue with my heat pump and complete a temporary fix to give me AC in the middle of a heat wave before returning the following week to fully remedy the issue. They were all timely with their work and did an excellent job.

After several quotes back in 2022 we decided to go with White Rock Mechanical for a big ducted heat pump job! We are so glad they did. They used a top of the line unit and the issues we had previously are all gone. They are very quick to respond, excellent customer service and the HVAC people that have come to work here have been so pleasant and knowledgeable. Top notch company and highly recommend!
