Sam went above and beyond with customer service, ensuring that everything was in order with the used vehicle we bought from White Rock Dodge. A few extra repairs were needed after an inter-provincial inspection in Alberta, and White Rock Dodge paid for all the repairs to be done. This is a great team of people, with outstanding after-sales support. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
The service team sorted out my problem super quickly!
Stole my wheel lock and tried to force me to tow the vehicle in to get my flat repaired. Also never rotated my spare tire even though tire rotation is included in my service contract. After getting a dealership to ship me a wheel lock because this one refused, they then could not book me in for an emergent repair for 3 days, but offered to remove my wheel locks today. Tired of this dealership not being held accountable since their management change last year.
