Charlie in the service department was knowledgeable and was able to explain things in a way I found informative. The service department made sure all my concerns were addressed and found the most cost effective way to getting my repairs completed.
I had an exceptional experience with this dealership. The customer service representatives went over and above to ensure that my needs were taken care of. Nick Jang was incredible, and highly professional. I was very stressed but Nick made sure I had nothing to worry about.
The team is cohesive and everyone is very attentive. I love my new Elantra and a shout out to Evan, Andres, Gene, Brad, Chelsea, Melissa , Chris? and Taylor who helped me with insurance.
