Great company with affordable prices. Excellent customer service and they try to fix the issue rather than upset you like these other businesses. Jimmy and his team treated me like a person and not just another number. Highly recommend.
We started using White Rock about a year ago at our church, they corrected issues at a fraction of the cost of their predecessor (who wanted to replace entire systems.) We recently had a semi annual maintenance (filters and such), and they checked out some potential issues as an extra service. Their staff was kind and proficient, in and out servicing 34 units with minimal impact. They have been a blessing to our church, and they know what they're doing. They are a trusted professional vendor.
Jimmy came out and diagnosed and fixed my main unit the same day that I called. I asked him about a mini split unit for my bedroom as I sleep hot and two days later had one installed. Five star service all around!
We had a wonderful experience with this business! Would recommend for any HVAC needs you may have. They were thorough, honest, and finished the job more quickly than originally anticipated. They even brought our young son a small toy and brought a vacuum to clean up after themselves. Thank you, Jimmy and team!
My technician, Terry, was amazing. Very nice, kind and skilled. He really saved my skin on a very hot summer day. I also think he saved me from paying thousands on a new unit with his talent. Very much recommended!
