We are a family-owned plumbing company that services properties for White Robbins. Their staff is professional from start to finish. It's a pleasure doing business with and for them!
These people are so rude. From the receptionists to the agents. They have very limited customer service skills. They make you feel like they’re doing you a favor by merely answering questions or setting up appointments to see properties. There are entirely too many places to live in Wilmington to be bothered with these nasty people. These people are so rude. From the receptionists to the agents. They have very limited customer service skills. They make you feel like theyre doing you a favor by merely answering questions or setting up appointments to see properties. I have been a renter for 3 months now. My family and I moved to Delaware from California. I know, you must be asking.. Why?!... How about trying something new!?... So far, everyone I have met here in Delaware & Philly (I have not venture out to Maryland nor Jersey.. but soon) are "Very Welcoming and friendly attitude... and this includes the folks at White Robbins that happens to be courteus, positive attitude, and very professional.
