Power very rarely fails. When it does WRVEC very quickly returns power to service. Shout out to the crews that go out during the worst weather conditions to restore failed service!
White River goes above and beyond! When something happens, you know they are on it and heading out to repair. The neighbor had a tree fall on the line and knocked power out to the entire road, I called and within 15 minutes of the call, the team was out here fixing the issue!
Every experience with White River has been great. We have added internet, so that now when tornados are in the area, we can still watch TV to see what is happening. We most recently added our phone and expect the same great service.
I have been a White River valley Electric user/member for more than 40 years, I can count the number of days on my fingers and toes that we have not had power and I don't use all of them to do it. That's really awesome in my book, as there is some really rough terrain around me, their line maintenance program is awesome.
We have the best Electric Co-Op!! They go above and beyond for their customers! They are out in the dangerous storms to restore power quickly. They took measures to provide us wi high speed internet that we have have never had access to before.
