Working with Brian Moore made the experience enjoyable, efficient and he genuinely worked for my best interests! Chris in the financial department was as well helpful and efficient!!!!
Most appointments are quick and easy. This one was 2+ hrs longer than it should have been. The customer service rep was very nice, pleasant, and apologetic. She even gave me a discount. When scheduling this appointment I called to confirm the the duration of the service so I allotted enough time for a work meeting. I also travel 1.25 (one way) hrs to get this service so not close. I will be back to WRT. I understand things happen but in an ideal situation I would have not been late to my meeting due to the service department... read more
