I have a 2022 Tahoe 185s. Over the winter I noticed a few soft spots in the floor/decking in front of the ski locker up to the bow area. I took it to my dealership and they took pictures. They noticed voids in the fiberglass where there should be foam. It’s obviously a factory defect. They contacted Tahoe for a warranty claim and got a local shop to quote the fix. After a couple of months they came back and said that’s not covered in the 5 year structural warranty and denied the claim. So much for a quality boat
I purchased a new nitro z19 and it stayed in the shop for over a month before they got the boat fixed so it would run longer than 20 minutes before it would quit running . They dont have quality control on the build of the boats. Gas lines was pinched and bad fuel pump and a vent problem on the gas tank

Bought a Suntracker Party Barge had a couple of small issues and each time the company stood by their product. Even received a call from people higher up in the ranks at White River Marine/Bass Pro Shops to make sure my warranties were handled with excellence
Vin BUJ36388G617 2017 SUNTRACKER i bought new I paid a lot of money for and the warranty the stitching is coming apart they have round spots and cracks they denied the claim said it's normal ware and tare it's the second time the stitching in the same spot has come undone suppose to be 10 year warranty they don't honor their warranties
