I made a deal with Cody to purchase a used 2022 Yamaha F25 outboard on 12/3/20223. As I live 400 miles away in NE Ohio, arranging a pick-up time was challenging. Cody nevertheless considered the outboard sold, immediately took down the advertisement, and would not even accept a downpayment to hold the outboard. Cody agreed to meet me at his shop on New Years Day to complete the sale. We did meet on 1/1/24 to complete the sale just as planned.
