Dr K was wonderful and his assistant was too
Started going here a couple years ago and liked them. However, I had a cavity filled at the end of March, and last week, the filling just popped out. When I called to see if they could refill it, the person I spoke to said I shouldn't have to pay since it was less than 5 months ago, but she would double check with her manager and call me back. (I recently changed insurance and they don't take my new insurance, otherwiseit wouldn't be a huge deal) I get a voicemail a few hours later that unfortunately, they need to do an exam... read more
Dr Strickland did a great job, and his assistant Rachel did wonderful as well. Rachel was the nicest dentist I've ever had. She was very down to earth and kind. I am very glad I chose this dental office!
I entered as a new patient. I was there two hours, paperwork, xrays & exam. Dr Strickland approached from behind, barely showed his face, spent no more than 5 minutes then presented me with an estimate of $7498. Never in 70 years of dental appointments have I felt less cared about. I'm going to eat the $215 worth of X-rays and find another dentist. This guy cares only about his bottom line.
Never saw staff wash their hands, dental assistant had her hair hanging in her face while doing my daughter's cleaning, almost in my daughter's mouth at one point until I asked her to put her hair back. Numerous staff in and out, no consideration for the patient at all. When we left here my 14 year old was in tears. I will not go back and would not recommend them to anyone. Unprofessional and unsanitary
