Paid $16 for the automated car wash to just have nothing happen. I just came tonight & my son wanted to see the car wash who is 2 years old. We were just sitting there... someone really needs to get some new owners because I've heard this problem is continuous & I thought my experience was gonna be different since this was my first time here but NOTHING is being done about it. Shut this place down if you can't get it in working order or sell it to someone who can actually do their job. Looking to get reimbursement.
People need to read ��Sign says No bucket washing or wiping while others are waiting.. and a lady was using a bucket and cloth to wash her car.. and I will be Damned if the other bay didn’t have a guy washing his Damn Patio Set.. I Wish I could post pictures here.. around 6:45 pm Monday check your cameras..
Both times I used it nothing happened when I pulled in and cannot get any answer on the phone
I have been calling for more than one week seeking reimbursement for a partial automatic wash. I have stopped 2 times as well hoping to locate the on site supervisor, with one time leaving a note. Am I upset? Yes. Poor customer service at best, and a lost forever customer.
SCAM! DONT GO THERE!!! Terrible wash! Only cleaned drivers side. Back and passenger still dirty. Attendant would not answer door. And to boot the credit card machine kept timing out so I paid cash. To later discover they still charged my credit card twice! Tried to call....phone number disconnected!!!!
Cost of a car wash is a bit pricey. System does not always work. Today I paid $18 for the deluxe wash, and the undercarriage spray didn't work, and the system didn't even use any soap on my car. Needless to say, not clean. In the past it has been great.
The first time my husband used this car wash,our account was over charged. They gave him a free car wash to make up for the over cost. So he again decided to use this car wash again. AGAIN we were over charged thru the use of using his debit card at this place. How did we go from a $5.00 car wash to being charged $19.70.
Great car wash but the attendant (at least the one who was on today) was nasty and mean! Very poor customer service!
