Saw this guy for several years. I think either he or his staff make it impossible to have any access to him through phone or email. Even the staff that email you through MyChart will often set it so you cannot reply to the message. You're bascially stuck scheduling an appointment and waiting -- often weeks. He was never like that before. I ended up using Urgent Care across the hall from him, who knew nothing of my medical history, and ultimately ended up switching to University Hospitals so I could have a primary care physic... read more
