Such an amazing experience at White Rabbit! My fiancé and I are visiting from New York, and I genuinely had to point out how incredible our server, Emily, was. She’s also the manager, and her service was outstanding. She was so sweet, welcoming, and attentive throughout our entire visit. I genuinely love seeing great service because it really makes all the difference, and Emily was such a perfect example of that. Emily, the manager served us and was spectacular. five stars all around the waffle was perfect temperature and the ice cream is served very cold so it holds out and doesn’t melt quick. Service and food are spectacular. Nut allergy friendly.
A little too pricey for the service to be below average/messing up coffees twice. For one waffle and two small lattes to be $40 dollars I expect more.
We’ve been customers here for a while and usually come for the chocolate cake, but after our experience Saturday night, we won’t be returning. We came in around 11:15 PM, close to closing, and initially saw only two chocolate cake slices left in the display case. They didn’t look very fresh, so we were about to leave when an employee brought out a fresh tray of chocolate cake slices. The food was mostly delicious. Our waitress brought us 2 waffles when we ordered 1 crepe and 1 waffle. It was clear they moved the ice cream from the mistaken waffle to the crepe. Normally that would be fine, but the original waffle melted half the ice cream. At these prices, I would have expected better. Other than that, the desserts were very good.
