My review is based on my experience trying to schedule an appointment. I have not had any negative experience with any of the doctors because an appointment was never made. I tried calling 2 days in a row morning and afternoon, left several messages with their answering service to just be ignored. No phone call back. It is very surprising that a medical office will allow patient messages to go unanswered.

They are rude and don't respect the patient. I had a mother call and speak with doctor about my condition my doctor should have accepted her calls for any reason. I am a survivor of a rare disease that you inherit from your mother. She has serious problems dealing with my condition and she told Barry don't give me disability but he did. I was fired from my employer and lost my pension because of this. How can a doctor do this to his patient?

My experience with Dr. Zeitlin and staff over the last five years has been excellent. I came to him when he diagnosed me with Celiac when SEVERAL other doctors totally missed it. He is VERY nice, very professional, very caring. I have always found the front desk staff to be a welcome pleasantry (all of them) when I have been feeling at my worst. An outstanding place if you're looking for expert, personal medical treatment where you don't feel like you're part of a cattle call, like most other places. I hope to remain a patie... read more
