I recently went to White Plains Hospital for outpatient surgery, and I want to share my experience. In the days leading up to the procedure, I was incredibly nervous I could barely think straight. I would give zero stars if it was possible. Terrible service. I called to ask questions about scheduling appointments and they were so nasty and rude on the phone. They hang up on you and act like they’re being forced to do their job. I hope I never have to come back to this hospital ever again. They also charge ridiculous prices for treatment and they don’t provide a breakdown of the cost. Horrible people
Can’t provide cost estimates for treatments, just sends surprise billings. Long waiting time to see doctors despite taking appointments. and when billing department can’t answer anything.
Had a ultrasound done here. Short wait, all friendly, very professional. Not bad at all.
