Had MRI done last week of March. Needed 3 sections of spine. Chose to have 1 hour in the tube. Phil was unbeatable. My experience was anything other than being in a tube for an hour. He made me feel like I was just laying on a bed and that's it.(beach)... More than professionalism. Thank you

I had a really great experience. Everybody is really Friendly and caring. I have gone to other places and I will never go anywhere else for an MRI again

I have called 4 times to make an appt & find out if they do the type of MRI I need. 3 of those times I left my name & number & have not received a call back & I see they are closed today on Tuesday as I was going to call at 8am today. . I have had mri's here in the past without this problem but this is ridiculous

Don’t even waste your time coming to this office. I was asked to arrive at 1 PM. My MRI was scheduled for 1:30. Then they decided to take a patient that was running late before me and I got out of my MRI at 3:50 PM. Why not reschedule the patient that came in late? Horrible service!

scheduling secretary rude, dismissive and arrogant. refused to schedule my MRI over some nuance about needing a physical copy of my prescription, which they could easily have obtained from my dr themselves, despite having diagnosis and all necessary data on the authorization from my insurance whose scheduling agent was likewise miffed about the uncooperative position and suggested that I go to Hartsdale Imaging. who immediately scheduled and gave no problems. have had 3 previous MRIs at this facility and never had someone so... read more
