I have been to this dealership for services four times and my experience has been very disappointing. They are money hungry!! They only care about making money and as a result, they lie to the customers. They always recommend services that are not really necessary. I would not go back to this dealership and do not recommend it. I would rather go to the Bronx they are more honest and trustworthy.

Adilka was wonderful, so helpful! She was able to get me in Immediately, took care of my transportation with a Lyft ride back-and-forth while my vehicle was being worked on, and stayed late to get my car back to me when everyone else was gone for the day. She was so kind throughout the whole process. Thank you Adilka!
