Normally the quality of service here is unpredictable, disappointing, you name it. Well, after my last experience working with Robert P. at the White Plains Honda Service, I made my appointment with him for my next service. His level of professionalism does not disappoint, in fact it seems unusual he’s SO great. He is polite, patient and thorough. As long as he is there, I will return. He sets the bar for great service.
I had a excellent experience with service advisor Adilka Vasquez. Not only was she thorough and patient while I searched for my tire/wheel protection plan, but she also kept me informed throughout the entire process. It was genuinely a pleasure to work with someone as professional and personable as Ms. Vasquez. I wish I wasn’t moving out of the area because this would definitely be my go to spot for additional service. Thank you Adilka!
3 1/2 hours and $1300 for four new tires and a routine inspection. Will go to Costco next time.
