My Mercedes emblem was taken out by the machine and so i went twice and called twice, nobody called back..i even spoke to manager and she said she would talk to evening manager, took pics of receipt, car and nothing. Will not go back
EQUIPMENT MALFUNCTIONED resulting in deep scratches that costs me $1500 for paint correction on my car. Save yourself some money and go somewhere else where it sprays water before the mitter curtains. I am writing this after having dealt with the establishment. They saw the scratches and offered no remedy, seems to be a common occurance.
