EQUIPMENT MALFUNCTIONED resulting in deep scratches that costs me $1500 for paint correction on my car. Save yourself some money and go somewhere else where it sprays water before the mitter curtains. I am writing this after having dealt with the establishment. They saw the scratches and offered no remedy, seems to be a common occurance.
I feel like the service can improve from the car washes to the vacuum service. I wish the establishment well and hope for the best!
