It's been a good experience using this carwash until couple of days ago. They are trying to force customers to buy membership by making them enter through one gate, while two others are completely free. On Sunday I had to turn around and leave because the line was wrapping around gas station while two other gates had no cars entering. Creating traffic and making your customers wait is not the way to get more money out of them. It's a bad business practice. My favorite car wash in Westchester. Super reasonable; vacuuming doesn’t cost extra and there is a self serve mat wash station! (Perfect weekly stop for dog owners)
