This is the most crooked rental company in Nashville. Do not rent from them. I rented from this company and was pushed out of the residence when they began construction directly behind the house I was renting with next to no notice and while I was out of town, moved the fence so that the yard was cut down in size by 50%. This comes after a laundry list of unresolved fixes- including a lack of attention to maintenance of the washer/dryer vent that ended up catching fire, putting my family in danger. I rented from White Pines Building Group. They do not up keep their properties and put a lot of responsibilities on the tenant. If there are issues in the home, they are extremely difficult to get a hold of and VERY slow to fix things. I would not trust anything they build or any properties they rent.
Nothing but good things to say about white pines. Extremely friendly people, they are with you every step of the way in explaining the home building process.
While on vacation, the overhang of our property collapsed onto our car. Upon seeing the pictures, we sent emails to White Pines management and ownership, asking for help. They did not respond and have yet to come by and assess the damage. Their insurance agent recently by saying 'it was their subcontractors' fault and they needed to hear from their subcontractors' insurance company before knowing how to proceed.'
