The reason for 3 stars is simple. The is a high level chance ,the staff are experienced and skilled people. It's just when I was booking my visit first time, they did it to physiotherapist right away , without any assessment with chiropractor. When I've arrived there,they said we can go to treatments straight. Physiotherapist didn't even know what is my situation. It's just a booking mess with violation of proper treatment chain. So I left. Possibly they do a good job helping to other people, not me.

They truly care about fixing your pain by explaining the issue, the treatment and the follow up. All the team members are very knowledgeable and respectful.
Jalpa was my physiotherapist for about 2-3 weeks for lower back pain, and she’s a miracle worker! Very attentive, gives good at-home care tips, and is very knowledgeable in her field. I highly recommend her!!
Awesome clinic! I’ve been to white pine health for physio treatments for 2 months and overall experience is fantastic! All staffs are welcoming. Tammy is my physician and she is professional! After serval treatments with Tammy, my lower back feels better than before! They also accept direct billing so if you have insurance covered it will be a very smooth process to claim. Highly recommended if you are looking for a clinic in the neighborhood!
