I've been going for 6 yrs. Everyone there is friendly. They treat you like family not a patient. Yes sometimes it takes a minute to be seen but they are busy. Be patient or call first thing in the morning and ask for a same day appt.
Claim to be a small town family practice dedicated to serving the small community of cedar springs, but they do the same big practice bull crap of being tied to "policy" instead of having a patient's best interests in mind! How many farmers have insurance or see a doctor regularly?! No, we go when we have an emergency and know only a doctor can fix it! New patients who are deathly ill cant see a doctor for 3 weeks?! That's BS! Thanks for caring SO MUCH about your community!
